Windows XP users,if you are thinking that you are missing a lot,then you can also add video file as desktop background with VLC player.Just follow the steps.....
1.Download VLC Media Player and open it.
2.Go to Tools > Preferences > Video > Output Modules > Direct X Video
3.Check Enable Wallpaper Mode.
4.Open any video with VLC and you can see that in the background!!!
